Shipping Policy
At The Seasonal Home Stylist, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please read the following policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The Seasonal Home Stylist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at theseasonalhomestylist@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Seasonal Home Stylist is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us at theseasonalhomestylist@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. The Seasonal Home Stylist is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The Seasonal Home Stylist does not provide prepaid return labels and is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
